Jaguars Vs Jets Preview 2022 Season Week 16 NFL (12/22/22)
In this week of team vs team, we have the Jaguars vs Jets in a playoff deciding game. Both of these teams need a win to keep their playoff hopes alive. One loss to each of these teams is detrimental to their playoff chances. Ever since coming out of Clemson, Trevor Lawrence was the player everybody was hyping up. Lawrence has completed 70.4 percent of his throws for 1,680 yards, 14 touchdowns, and one interception in his last six games. He's also gained 140 yards and a touchdown on the ground. Lawrence has thrown seven interceptions and 24 touchdowns over the whole season. Wilson made some accurate deep throws in his first game back in the starting lineup against the Lions on Sunday, but he still sometimes misses wide-open receivers. He led the Jets to a great record before being benched after the Patriots game.

The Jets (7-7/8-6 against the spread), who are no longer in the running for the AFC East title, having dropped three straight games after winning six of their previous eight. They are currently one game shy of an AFC wild-card spot. It was especially upsetting to lose to Detroit at home 20-17 on Sunday.
However, they would qualify for the playoffs with some assistance if they defeat Jacksonville on Thursday and then win at Seattle and Miami.
After a five-game losing streak, Jacksonville (6-8 SU/6-8 ATS) has won four of its last six games. The Jags now have their sights set on the AFC South title rather than a wild-card spot.

This game will be close and I feel like it could go both ways. But I feel like the Jaguars will win 34-20 in a close game until the end. I believe Zach Wilson with throw 2 Touchdowns and 3 Interceptions and Trevor Lawrence will throw 3 Touchdowns and run for 1.
